It’s been damaged, so it’s pretty much worthless to collectors. As you can easily find a copy of his complete works, memoirs, and will - though not necessarily together in one volume - it has no unique value. Finally, it will not last much longer if it is continually thumbed through, so it has no practical value.
I’m afraid it has only sentimental value.
